I usually don’t focus on just one body part in my HNT’s, but I’ve mentioned running here before, so I thought I’d show off one of the side benefits of running. (And okay, to be honest, wearing heels all the time time probably has something to do with it too.)
Calf muscles. Strong, lean, muscled calves. Love ’em.
