Five (belated) Friday Follows

Yeah, yeah, I’m late.  It’s actually Saturday–but the spirit’s the same!

In my ongoing effort to find and highlight other bloggers out there writing about their experiences living as poly people, I present the following five new additions to my RSS reader and my blogroll:

Polyspace-Polyamory from the Inside Out – Hasn’t been updated in awhile, unfortunately, but there’s a lot of poly wisdom in the archives, and hopefully she will start blogging again soon.  To quote her summary: “I am by no means perfect, and I am not exactly trying to be.  What I am trying to do is to share my experiences and my emotions with the world.  Poly is hard, and it is emotionally intense.  To become poly is to commit yourself to something special, but something difficult, too.  If you are interested in polyamory, then please read and see if my own journey can help you avoid some of the rocky patches in your own journey.”

Tristan Taormino’s Opening Up – Sort of a hybrid blog/announcement/resource site. She doesn’t blog in a personal way (unfortunately), but the site has a great list of resources and a forum for interacting with others in open relationship.

Polywolf – Howling at the Moon – A Twitter discovery. He writes with honesty and clarity about the complexities of poly life.

Not Your Mother’s Playground – Another Twitter find. As she describes herself: “Never a preacher that non-monogamy is the only way, she remains open to learning about relationship structures and what works for every individual she comes into contact with.”

And last but not least, Multiple Loves. I already had this one on my blogroll, but I don’t think I mentioned it before.

So that’s it for now.  Happy reading!  And as always, if there’s a blog dealing with open relationships that you think I should be reading, please let me know!

Thanks for the link! The warm reception I’ve gotten so far from #polyamory folk on Twitter makes me very glad I decided to start this blog up!
