So much to say, so much to say…

So much to do, actually.  Say, do, write, finish…

I feel a little like this song right now:

So much to say, so much to say, so much to say…open up my head and let me out…

My horrorscopes of the last couple days have been spot on as well:

Tuesday, Dec 8th, 2009 — It’s one thing to focus on all the individual components of a project, but you could become so involved with them that you lose track of your overall goals. This may be one of your familiar trouble spots — balancing narrow concentration with general guiding principles — but now you can see the negative effects of going to one extreme or the other. It won’t be easy, but you’ll accomplish more if you can keep both perspectives in your current awareness.

And today:

Wednesday, Dec 9th, 2009 — Try to get as much finished as you can, whether or not you are working with a real deadline. The energy patterns shift later today and you won’t be able to continue what you were previously doing. The primary danger is complacency; if you think that everything will turn out fine then you aren’t as motivated now to take immediate action.

Oh yeah. I am feeling way overwhelmed right now, and when I get that way nothing gets accomplished.  And here I am putzing around here instead of Getting Things Done. (sigh)

All right, a list then (because that’s what I do when I can’t actually get myself to do anything, I write lists about what I need to do. Kinda like having meetings about having meetings? That. Anyway.)

In no particular order:

  1. Decide on and send HNT pics over to W.
  2. Set up HNT for tomorrow (APL)
  3. Post on  candy cane-ing (PoJ)
  4. Finish sounds article now that I have documents (EC)
  5. Write “choosing someone” article (EC)
  6. Write “matchmaker, matchmaker” (APL)
  7. Contact domains/website guy (make decisions on that)
  8. Finish the GirlChild’s scarf
  9. Find/decide on other xmas crocheting projects (hat for BoyChild, scarf for Ad, scarf for Mom, scarf for Sis, hat for Sis’s hubby {tho those can be done after xmas})
  11. e[lust] verifications
  12. Plan xmas eve dinner for the ‘rents
  13. Laundry
  15. And, oh yeah, I actually have work that I’m paid to do. Forgot about that.

Okay, seriously, off to get some shit accomplished.
